![]() ![]() I've also tried the headphone port and that's dead too. Netflix, games, Windows sounds, everything. When I do this however, the sound completely goes off on the machine. The weird thing is, I'm sure Windows Update has already installed the latest Realtek drivers on my device but it seems HP Assistnant insists on letting me know that they still have to be installed via 'it's' platform too. I've only had this laptop for two weeks and had nothing but sound problems connected to the latest Realtek drivers that HP Support Assistant insists on downloading for me!
